Lia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English, and has been in the ESL industry for three years with an excellent performance in customer satisfaction rating.
She decided to change careers and is now enjoying her job as a Support Specialist for our agency, providing quality service to our clients. She enjoys listening to music and spending time with family, friends, and her adorable cat, Mark.
